Excellent workmanship from both Bere and Gaby...Bere has been coloring and styling my hair for several months now and I couldn't be happier..the color is awesome and I get compliments on it all the time..Now, for Gaby my son had his haircut with her for the 1st time since he has to bring me to the Salon..secondary to mobility issues..while waiting he noticed others getting their haircut by Gaby & when she finished asked if he could get a haircut...He was extremely happy with the haircut she gave him and said it was the best cut he has ever gotten by anyone...he tried again to have his haircut without an appointment, but she was much too busy and told him to call the next day..He did call, but wanted an early appointment since it was a Saturday and she didn't have anything until 5....Thus he went to the person who usually cut his hair...but all.said and done, he said haircut didn't compare with the precision of Gaby Teran..We give this Salon 5 stars for Bere and Gaby only..Haven't had anyone else there......

My family and I had such a bad experience at this hair salon. Weeks prior to my sister and I's quinceanera (we are twins) we made an appointment based on recommendations with Gaby. We were very excited to get our hair done here since the work seemed so good through pictures. My mother got her hair done by a girl whose name is Bea (I believe) which came out wonderful. I also got my hair done and styled by Bea which came out perfect. However, my twin sister had three different girls do her hair. One girl blowed dried her hair who could barely hold the blow dryer correctly and another girl who styled her hair. She was doing an awful job and was struggling to create the hairstyle on her. My mother and I were worried about how it was coming out because it was nothing like the way my hair came out so we tried to tell the lady who was struggling to fix it. The lady was unable to fix the hair so Bea who styled my hair, came over to continue to finish my sisters and tried her best. Once it was paying time we told Gaby we were unhappy with the way things turned out because my sisters hair was not perfect for our big, special day. Gaby said she felt extremely bad and would not be able sleep at night if we left unhappy, which sounded insincere. The only girl who was helpful and kind to us was Bea because she truly cared and tried her best. I would not recommend Gaby's Beauty Salon because it was unprofessional and we were not pleased with the final outcome.
