This occupies a pretty large space inside the Pru, and there a are a lot of books here -- it's not a B&N that gives most of its floorspace to those little bobblehead toys. The book selection is pretty good, and includes a local interest shelf for tourists. There's a music section (do people still buy CDs?) and a toy area, as well as a Starbucks inside the bookstore. The few times I've had questions, the staff have been very helpful and kind. There's free WiFi, but it's a little unreliable. I stop in here to browse a lot more often than I come in to buy.
This was a good place to get work done when I was editing a novel. It would be nice if they had more power outlets but it’s Boston lol.
Great location! You can find any book you want (CDs too) and also you have a Starbucks inside the store where you can sit and enjoy not only a coffee but also reading a book.
