I have bought a car detailing service from Groupon for Mr. Perfection. However I called three days in a row to make an appointment to receive the service, nobody ever answered. I left messages and never received a call back. I am wondering what do I do with the Groupon purchase for this company if they do not provide service. Also I am concerned about the level of customer care. It does not look they care.

Updated on 9/26/2017: it has been 10 days since I tried to contact them, I still have not get the phone call through, nor receive any response. My purchase is wasted. I need to find a way to get refund from Groupon.
This place doesn't exist. Wrong directions.
At this point, they left customer hanging there for three days without response is not a perfection at all.
