I'm so glad with the service of Masterpiece Dentistry. Everyone is warm and friendly, I highly recommend this practice, they are reliable and give a great service. The procedure I received was flawless.
Dr. Pappas is great. Smart guy, very little pain for any of his procedures, really solid dentist and just a good guy. His staff is fantastic, esp Kathy at the front desk. A wonderful person and a whiz at scheduling. I hate all hygienists on earth, so consider that as i say that those folks at Masterpiece are pretty ok, too.
This is the best practice around. Karen, Cathy and Dr. Pappas are a fabulous team and always make things work be it an emergency or a cleaning appointment. I've been through a LOT with my teeth and they have been there every step of the way, cheering me on! If you want caring, talented and devoted people caring for you and your choppers then look no further :)
As always the experience (cleaning this time) was pleasant and painfree. Every time I come here I feel like all the people in the practice care about me and my well being. They're highly professional, good humored, and when they're working on me, I know I'm in good hands. The office staff is also very helpful in working with my insurance providers and making sure I get my senior discount - even if I forget!
I look forward to going to the dentist -- the people here are top notch - always greeting with you a smile and make sure you're taken care of. Highly recommend!
