Even as busy as Christmas shopping made the store, sales staff were still attentive and the store was kept tidy! Love Muji, all times of the year!
Incredible selection of Japanese designer style goodies. From home to office to snacks, and almost everything is reasonably priced. Staff are very friendly too and things are fairly easy to find. It is funny to see Japanese tourists shopping there though, but that tells that it can be trusted. It is like a mini department store.
I love Muji's design. Simple lines, harmonious, "clean". The atmosphere in the ship is very relaxing. Some products are too overpriced though
This is such a cool store, with unique household items and clothing you don't find elsewhere. The mix of products is diverse. It's hard to walk out without buying something. I've bought 3 or their cuckoo clocks, and some little storage bottles. No brand names here.
Great diverse selection here. Always love coming in to new an array of merchandise and friendly staff. Jaime (the assistant store manager) is always so kind and helpful. I can’t say the same for the store manager, I have never seen them. I hope MUJI upper management realizes how vital Jaime’s presence is to their success at the Boston location, and give him a promotion, or at least a raise, for his endless hard work, his limitless customer service, and constant care for customers. He truly is the backbone of this store and I would hate to see him not get what he deserves for his efforts.
