Valente Insurance guided me during a very difficult time after my accident. People don't realize that the way a claim is handled really is the litmus test to judge your insurance company. The cheapest quote and a cute logo is not.

Very unhappy with service, they used to be professorial and great. It seem now they feed off the Vietnamese community. The insurance they offer, Safety insurance has the most horrible customer service ever. Be careful they secretly charge you with certain thing without your knowledge. Oh and if the agent say something on the phone they don't follow through. One time I had one of the Agent told me to go and get money order and come back, after informing me its ok to use my card. And I was already present. Along with horrible parking. The owner is nice, but that doesn't resolve constant problems.
My family has been customers at Valente Insurance for over 10 years. We are very appreciative with their professional customer service for what they have provided us. They are great and fast at responding to any of our insurance needs. When it comes time for policy renewals, each staff member are always making sure we get the proper coverage. Their location is very convenient, especially in a big Vietnamese community. Valente Insurance is highly recommended!
I later got another car and got a new policy with them. It's no wonder that they have been in business for over 25 years!
