Given a hard time coming in here even as a 25 year old. I know they used to have undercover police setup outside asking if you could make purchases for them. Not the best place in the area but in a good spot on huntington.
Prices are all fair, at least in my own opinion. A few friends who are beer pros think that sometimes, some of the prices are bit high but that wouldn't stop them from giving Huntington Wine & Spirits their business. As one friend points out, "This place is always worth it."
Staff are helpful if you need liquor which is behind the register.
They've got A LOT of beer and wine. And it's really convenient if you're in the area. Yes, it's pricey, but that's what you pay for for convenience.
Great selection, as well as lots of ciders! Real nice people behind the counter, too!
Beer, wine, ciders, hard liquor, 22 oz bottles, you name, they have it. and if they don't, they can order it. Staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable. One time, the guy working behind the counter led me around the store pointing out beers that I might like given my taste preferences. Seriously, you can't do much better than that.
I asked for a half a fifth of tequila and the woman behind the counter said "you mean a pint?" She said it with some sass. And I said I guess. But a pint isn't the same as a half a fifth, there's a slightly over 3 oz difference. She was wrong. I was right. Just had to get it off my chest. Thanks for listening.

This probably one of the best liquor stores that I have ever been to while living in Boston. Their selection is varied and expanse, having a bit of everything.
