Interesting interior, wonderful music, nice bartenders, who do not care how they prepare our drink. We ordered cocktails in which there was just cola and ice no whiskey .but cost of a cola with ice is not $ 12. I understand that the institution needs to raise good money for the evening. But you can not deceive people like that! In none of the bars we didn't get a properly prepared drinks.
The club looks great and has a classy vibe. However, the service is very poor. Steep cover charge. I’ve had friends being kicked out within 20 minutes after they paid for cover. The bouncers/security suggested that my friends were “too drunk”. This was an obnoxious claim. They had one drink and they were just dancing within our group. Did not talk to other people or bother anyone else at the venue. They did not drop anything or break anything. When we confronted security about this they said, “Pay for VIP and your friends can get back in.” They wanted us to spend $500+ dollars on bottle service so that our friends who are accused of being “too drunk” can get back into the club. This is a scam to keep your cover money and then make you spend more. Very unhappy with this place.
We walked over to Cure 15 mins of leaving this place, everyone was able to get in including the ones that were “too drunk” and we ha d a great time. The point is Whisky Saigon/It’s bouncers tried to scam us. And ripped us off for our cover charge.
It had been 2 years since I went back to whiskeys & it wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. I bought my tickets ahead of time & got a discount to get which was nice. The drinks are overpriced & for some reason only 1 of the bartenders actually made my drink right & the other looked like she had no idea how to make a simple Long Island. The music was great a lot of house music & awesome selection. The only bars part about the dance floor is the speakers are on the ceiling which is not that high at all so if have sensitive ears I would wear some ear plugs.y ears kept ringing 2 days after I had gone. Overall ok club has great music selection so I was pleased just don't expect it to be this extraordinary club, expect to just have a good time!
I'm not one to post bad reviews but feel this needed to be shared with others. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I will never come back to this club. Walked outside to get some air and give my feet a rest. All of a sudden wasn't allowed back in and they claimed I was kicked out do to to intoxication and slurring my words when I didn't even say anything. Also had one of the club workers following my party around the entire night. The staff was extremely rude and so were the bouncers. It's funny because looking back at the Snapchat videos taken by my friends that night I'm literally just minding my own business not making any scene. If you want to be kicked out for minding your own business and just having fun in a not belligerent way, definitely come to this bar. Don't recommend whisky Saigon in Boston to anybody!!!

I went to Whiskey Saigon lounge on Saturday night- 12/23 with 2 of my friends, one of whom is differently abled. From the moment we stepped into the lounge, we thought we were treated differently - me and my friends are of Indian origin. About 30 minutes in, we bought drinks inside the club at one of the bar areas and the bar tender was rude , even thought we tipped him generously. Later, a bouncer showed up and said he needed to escort me out of the club since I was rude to the bartender. I asked the bouncer what I had done to be escorted out of the lounge but he didn’t have an answer. I work at a respected financial organization in the area and was shocked to see the way I was treated..I hope my comments are taken into consideration by management and staff are trained to treat customers from all backgrounds respectfully/are replaced. I never expect to return to the Whiskey Saigon lounge and will suggest the same to my friends and co-workers.
