The reason for the low rating is because of how rude they are. I know they are busy, but when scripts are being drop off, they just took it and only tells you when it's ready. If you have question or extra instruction due to the doctor, they will ignore it.
If I could give 0 stars, I would.
When they are confirming our personally information making sure it's the correct person getting the prescription. Someone will always be NEXT TO YOU OR INSIDE YOUR BUBBLE listening to you confirming your date of birth and your address. When there's mandatory consult, THERE'S ALWAYS SOMEONE NEXT TO YOU LISTENING OR YOU LISTENING TO ANOTHER PERSON consulting. I really don't understand the confidentiality of this place.
Most of all, there is no privacy and it's definitely not confidential. When a tech/cashier is helping you another customer will be RIGHT NEXT to you (literally) waiting to get help at the desk. Or they wil cut you in line. When the tech/cashier notice that, instead of asking them to move back or take them to a different register, they just start to help them there. They ignore us, who's been in line waiting patiently.
