I was traveling to Chicago for business when I forgot a pair of shoes and some dress shirts. Went in Johnston & Murphy in terminal b and was treated with the absolute best customer service ever. The 2 ladies took care of me, helping me find what I needed for this trip. Just getting some great vibes from them. Left the store with new shoes, couple shirts and added bonus on some great belts they had. Truly recommend checking this store out. Definitely going there anytime I forget something .
Great in a pinch
I purchased cuff links. They broke the next day, were they plastic? Went to exchange them 2 days later and the store was supposed to open at 6 am. Standing here for 30 minutes, had to leave so I wouldn't miss my flight.
