Sean in particular has boundless knowledge of the store's shoes and provides great recommendations both on fit and style! He spent over an hour running back and forth with different shoes for me to try on. This is the first time I've found such a broad selection of shoes that don't hurt my very finicky feet! The idea of custom 3D analysis for orthotics got me into the store. That analysis is more show than science and the employee was not able to explain the results. Very eager though to email them to me so there would be another customer on the email list. I picked three shoes to try with the recommended insoles, only one was available in my size. I was offered alternatives which had very little in common with my first pick. Disappointing overall!
