Just left this office 10 minutes ago and am frustrated not just for myself but all the people in front of me that I overheard the man at the front desk be unkind, impatient, sarcastic and generally unhelpful to.
The Worst. I worked for the IRS in the Boston JFK Building in 1990-1994 all I need to do is talk to Human Resource for a document that only a real person can provide. Called 5 different numbers, not one live person could be reached. It is insane all recordings not one live person. No Stars from Me. But I could not Post this unless I selected one Star. I wish they had those Thumbs Down icons along with the Stars LOL
Haven't even made it in the building yet and still get less than a star. Have been trying to make an appointment for more than a month but it's impossible to reach this building and not the main IRS that you wait 30+ mins for and there is no way to schedule online when they tell you there is
Entrance has changed to the back of building and IRS is on 7 th floor and elevators are in high rise lobby.Getting into the office is tough but receptionist was very warm and within few minutes our turn came as we had fixed the appointment earlier and the officer was helpful
The Rep was great and explained everything thoroughly . Exceeded my exceptations
