Our favorite spot for fresh bread. In JP. The best is early morning when the loaves are hot from the oven.
Absolutely disgusting customer service, the lady that worked at the counter today was so rude. I asked for a latte and she said they only had skim and almond milk; so i said skim milk. Then she proceeded to pour 1% milk into the latte, so i innocently asked her "Oh I thought you said you only had skim milk?". She then argued with me and said that it was skim and then threw out the latte, and said I'm giving you a refund; when that's not what i wanted. I told her it wasn't a big deal that it wasn't skim milk, i thought she just misheard me when i said skim. She just had a terrible attitude the whole time. I've never experienced this type of service in my life, very dissapointed.
This bakery is my happy place. I could eat their pastries forever ESPECIALLY their chocolate chip cookies, flourless chocolate cake and mini chocolate mousses. The staff here are also the best people ever.
4/2/17 @4:40 - just stopped by this bakery looking for a corn muffin and a bottle of water (which they didn't have) and the girl who was working was the rudest and must impolite person I've ever seen in my life. She seemed very bothered because I asked to purchase these items. The manger/owner of this place needs to be very careful as to the people attending their business - will never put foot on this bakery again.
Croissants were tasty, even though they were stale. HORRIBLE customer service though. Still would like to come back to try the bread and other pastries. I came here around noon just for reference
