I️ loved vs at first but the material on some of the cheaper items is horrible. The lace rips like paper. But the more expensive stuff in the store are more durable and better.

I was at copley today shopping and spent over two hundred dollars and when I got home I noticed some of my merchandise I purchased wasn't in the my bag. They told me that the girl at the register forgot to give me the other bag. Now I have to waste my time and go back and get my merchandise that they forgot to give me. unbelievable terrible I also called headquarters and put in a complaint. Now I might just go and get my money back dont even want the merchandise anymore that's how pissed I am terrible service.
No one helped me find anything, but they did stare me down while I stood in front of a rack texting and when I looked at them they pretended they weren't but kept giving me looks. Not to mention I didn't get my free sales item.
