Worst service ever see in a VS shop
Unprofessional and rude employees. The cashier was awful and when I told the other associate what happened she just said “ok.” Really bad customer service. Shop at the newbury store if you’re going to visit a Victoria secret in Boston.
This store doesn't have everything a full Victoria's secret would but it is fairly large inside and the staff have always been very pleasant. They also renovated the inside a few years back.
Love VS, But this store is very small, It does not carry all the products that bigger VS stores carry. The associates that work there are very nice, and friendly. The store is very clean, and organized even for the limited space they have. Great store.
Great service over all, took me a little to track down an associate but over all I found what I was looking for.
