The delivery was fantastic.
The layout is also extremely conducive to daydreaming about what type of home one could furnish using RH products.
Every time I am in Boston I take half an hour to visit it.
Not worth it! Please review buying and shipping policies...it matters!

This building is beautiful inside and outside. RH does a wonderful job utilizing the space efficiently. Staff have always been pleasurable when I’ve visited. I find the easiest way to track anyone inside is to sit on a couch until they find you.
You can't buy and pick things but you can taste the quality and order them.

Love the products and quality but refuse to pay $199 flat rate shipping fee! It is so out of touch with what consumers will pay to ship. I had to jump through social media and consumer help desk hoops to get it reduced.
