The scummiest company on planet earth!!!!!!!!!I hired these guys to do renovations to my property.They did not pay one subcontractor they brought in and I have mechanic leans from the painter,electrician and plumber and ive paid them the full balance.When i called them to plead for them to pay my subcontractors chris said he had no money and needed someone else to give him a downpayment to pay of vendors from my home.Im livin a nightmare because of these guys.When i voiced my frustrations to the building inspector he told me they had a history of doing this!Iam currently taking legal activities.PLEASE do not give these thiefs business you will regret it!
We have worked with Sleeping Dog Properties on 2 residential renovations in Boston. One in the South End, and the 2nd currently in the Back Bay. In both experiences, the experience has been good. Both projects have been design/build projects, and the South End project came out great with Chris really putting alot of input into the design process. In this 2nd project, we have been working closely with the design staff to really come up with some great finishes. It's all coming together beautifully and we're excited to move in!
