If you live in or near Dorchester, go here, it's really the best market you'll find, and if you move, you'll miss it as much as I do.
Salad bar with lots of variety. Great deli. A delicious chicken parmigiano.
I use to go here as a kid the food was always amazing. I went back on May 25 2017 visiting my favorite salad bar tons of stuff
A lot of good/fresh quality items are packed into this small market. Also food ready to go, deli, fruits, veggies, meats. They have some hard to find meat.
God I miss this place... I moved to Tampa and haven't found another market with produce and a butcher that can even come close to Lambert's.
Excellent independent grocery store. Most excellent salad bar and prepared food options. Fresh fruits and vegetables. Also what looks like an independent butcher on premises. Doesn’t have everything you may want but it’s got everything you usually need.
I would walk over to the butcher and they all would know you and always had great recommendations and prices.
I seriously miss the fresh herb and produce they have, the stuff down here is pathetic compared to Lambert's.
