If you have the option to go to Brigham and Women's and have the best healthcare at your finger tips take advantage of it. Many states are lacking good health insurance options let alone good hospital standings and doctors. I've discovered this on a recent move out of the Boston area.

Doctor Scheonfeld told me what I did NOT have and said he couldn't do anything for me. Asked me if I wanted pain medicine, I denied, told me to see "pain management" and was on his way. I left so confused. I didn't know why I was being sent to "pain management" until I googled the words on my MRI report. He has poor communication skills. The doctor I went to for the 1st opinion said, Do not take pain medication. He said I was too young and it was addictive. How is a doctor from such an esteemed hospital not know any other possible ways to treat my problem?

Wow I can honestly say these doctors care about you and your health. I had a ectopic pregnancy surgery yesterday they made sure I wasn't in so much pain, they treated me like their own child. Just the sweetest people ever the nurses helped me use the bathroom and gave me the upmost respect! They saved my life!

MRI, Cat Scan I recommend 850 Boylston Street in Chestnut Hill instead of the main campus if you have to go in just for the MRI or cat scan. It's easy in and out, free valet parking or free parking lot.

Our daughter was born at Brigham and Women's, a wonderful hospital, filled with smart, careful staff. Plus, the steak dinner we were served in our room afterwards--in the quiet of post-delivery joy--hit the spot!

If you need a PCP I recommend Brigham Circle Medical Associates. It's right across the street from the main hospital. Easy access to public transit, taxis, valet or the parking garage.

I have lost all faith in medical community. Doctors just want to study you and once they have written their papers they no longer help you. Its very sad and this place is supposedly the best.

Brigham and Women's ER staff always provided me with respect from when I entered from when I left no matter what the reason I was in for. All the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I've seen more departments then I've ever wanted but I've never been disappointed in the care I've received at BWH if anything they've exceeded my expectations.

The front desk and medical assistant was really nice though!

If you are going to valet park and not use the garage 45 Francis Street isn't as busy as 75 and you can usually get your car faster. But 75 Francis Street valet is 24 hours and 45 Francis is not. So if you go during the day check out 45 and see if you get your car faster. You can get to the same areas of the hospital using that entrance too.
