It is no nice to be able to find such a quiet and yet resourceful place in the middle of hustle and bustle. Staff there are courteous and helpful. I actually think it is quite spacious considering the large amount of sitting space being provided. Collection is not large, but you can always request online, and pick up. Plus, it is FREE! We need to support public services like this!

West End library is a such great place for children and families. Their children's programs have offered immense value to us and many other families. Rebecca and other staff are very thoughtful in engaging the community with books, songs and after school activities.
I asked for a book they didn't happen to have in that branch. Within 24 hours I received an automated call that they had gotten the book from another branch which we had discussed when I was there.
