Might be a small place but the customer service was outstanding...... The guy behind the counter was the coolest dude ever. Would give higher rating if I could.
They have a pretty good beer selection considering the size of the store. I can't attest to the customer service as I didn't ask him any questions but a good place to grab a quick drink after you get out of the convention center.
Always a great selection and great product knowledge. Great customer service.. Will go the extra mile at all times for the customer. Convenient !
An amazing store. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always eager to help. They have a wide selection of beer and liquor. If you don't see what you want the staff will order it for you and make it happen. The owner and clerks go above and beyond to help. A great community fixture that is always there to help with whatever you need from food & beverages to medicine and cleaning supplies. Stop in and see what this shop has to offer.
Zero stars. Had two bad experiences. Tried to buy a brown tequila as a gift and asked the gentleman behind the counter for suggestions. He handed me a silver tequila and told me to "mix it with things to make it brown". During my second trip, I was picking up beers for an office party. The cashier didn't know how to print a receipt. I waited for 10 minutes while he tried. He couldn't figure it out in the end and put price stickers on the beer. I purchased a 12 pack of Harpoon IPA bottles and a 12 pack of Harpoon IPA cans (all that was available). I was charged $19.59 for each case...
