Pretty standard movie theater. Make sure you book in advance, as this is a very busy theater and seats fill up quickly. Never had food here but I'm sure it's overpriced.
Employees seem to be bit too young to care, or possibly under compensated, because I stood in line for over an hour for popcorn before giving up and going to my seat during a premiere. There was no hustle in their step and only 3 registers open for more than 70-80 people in line. However there were about 7-8 employees walking around aimlessly.
For a downtown theater, the screens are small and you feel like you are sitting on the head of the person below you. However the sound quality is great
The people working there are friendly and helpful. However, the rows in the theaters are pretty close together so if someone behind you moves their legs or gets up, your seat is constantly being kicked! Downstairs concession never seems to be open, the downstairs lobby isn't very inviting, and films often have blurry edges. Restrooms need to be maintained more frequently.
Overall a negative experience. I will try to make it out to Regal Fenway when given the opportunity.
This specific movie theatre is really aesthetically pleasing. It's also surprisingly easy to watch multiple movies once you've paid for a ticket, there isn't much enforcement around that. Great place to be, check it out.
As theatres go, this is your typical place to see a movie. There's a large amount of screens which means there is a good selection of current movies and playtimes. The cost of a movie and the concession food is highway robbery, but that's at any theatre. The theatre doesn't do a great job of staying clean or organizing the lines when it's prime time for a new movie. This is your average theatre that you can see a movie at, so if that's what you're aiming for, great!
