This place is pooch paradise. My dog gets so excited every time he visits for daycare. When I pick him up at the end of the day, he's exhausted but still smiling. I basically have to drag him out of there because he wants to stay. Everyone who works here is extremely friendly, and makes me feel at ease dropping him off for the day. Not a single complaint on my end--this place is awesome and they've taken every measure to make sure my furry companion and I are well taken care of.
Great service! Store is clean, products well-stocked, and the staff is VERY friendly and helpful! Didn't get to bring in my best friend in yet (was told if she came she'd be given a treat!) but she is very happy to have the food she likes! Carries the higher quality brands (Wellness, Blue Buffalo, etc.) and some great looking toys. Cats aren't forgotten about, either!
Have to give a shout-out to Louisa who helped my friend out and left a great impression. If you want local service, want a place where you aren't treated just like dollar signs walking in to some random pet mart.. come here. The couple dollars more you will pay vs ordering online will be worth it for the friendly faces!
this dog minder place can be viewed from above by my tenants. the dogs are jammed into a small exterior cubicle or are let out to a small yard and all you can hear is a lot of unhappy barking. the Feces is not scooped up until the neighbors complain. the dog minder yells at them and sprays them with??? this is cruel to witness I don't know how it can have so many stars but perhaps the owners don't know what goes on during the day.
I love Tails. I use their daycare service and my dog is always will taken care of and happy. I have no doubt the workers truly care about my boy!
Tails has been a great service to us. We have a sweet, large dog that has to expend a lot of energy by having a lot of rough and tumble play or he can get a little grouchy. It had been a challang to keep him excersised enough. Giving him 2 or 3 days of week of play keeps him calm around the house for the whole week. Even his walks have become more satisfying for us because he's not wound up. I like that it's supervised play and that all the folks at Tails do a very good job keeping things safe. Highly recommended.
