I went to Bay State Physical Therapy for an issue with being able to raise my arm without severe pain. It was a while ago so I forget the young lady's name but she had me fixed within a month or so and the issue has never come back. All the staff there are very personable and the place is very clean. Highly recommend it for locals who don't want to travel far for quality therapy.
This place was great. I have never done any kind of PT before but am getting older - mid 30's :) - and my back has been aching. Using the power of google I stumbled on Bay State and am glad I did. They were able to get me in on the day I wanted to, the staff was super friendly, and the visit helped alleviate my immediate pain and give me a plan to counteract it going forward. Highly Recommended
Excellent attention to detailed and a relaxed atmosphere. Best rehab experience I've had, and I' a former football player with many injuries.
Went here to heal and strengthen my hamstring. Friendly staff who care about their patients. Set you up on a schedule of days to come in. They have every type of technology for recovery. Highly recommend. There's street parking all over.
No reason why I wouldn't go back here. This location has private rooms which is a big plus (says my mother in law, a PT herself) so that was nice. Has all the equipment needed to improve strength, flexibility, etc. Most importantly, the folks in charge were very knowledgeable and committed to getting me back to full strength. Would recommend to anybody in Southie and Boston proper to give this location your business.
