Convenient parking
Service is slow specially during peak periods. Spots are specious. More signs in the mall would make it better to find the way back to the garage.
This was the most confusing parking garage I have ever been in. Very hard to find elevator after I parked the car and very had to find the Westin Hotel.
I can recommend this place for those who want to park a car in the city and don't want to spend a lot of time trying to find something on the streets; It's not so cheap place - but in general pretty affordable.
When I was going home it was almost impossible to find my car even though I had written down the location.
They make you leave within 1 hour of validation.
