Fun place for a tourist visit. Consistent food. Nice and clean. But..... minutes away you have the real deal in every niche you want. Boston is a small city, and 15 minutes walking can give you a very different and unique experience.
I have been frequenting this area for decades.... it has lost some of its fun youthful nightlife appeal, but it still will givecyou a bag full of souvenirs and a belly full of descent food. Worth the trip. Great for people watching.

A great place to learn about history of this market....Winter days offers great blink light and sound show....While summer is as bright shiny and colorful as ever....So many performances... Faneuil Hall is one of my favorite places to visit in Boston. There are so many historic sites in the area, and the hall itself is beautiful and always has entertainment and enough food options to satisfy everyone, whether you want fast and casual or upscale. It's also close to many beautiful parts of Boston, including one of my favorite areas of the harbor. It has become more walking-friendly in recent years, so the experience is always enjoyable. There is also plenty of public transportation nearby. A must-see for anyone visiting Boston.
Great to visit. I love the atmosphere, there are always things going on. Lots of shops, stores and restaurants. There are always performers which are fun to watch. I am looking forward to doing some of my holiday shopping here. Like a lot of places in Boston it has a lot of character and the brick walkways are not level/even so wear sensible shoes like most Bostonians do.
Great historic mall with lots of vendors, the options are amazing! Also it is in a beautiful part of Boston and has street performers come in to entertain sometimes. If you are looking for a fun shopping spree, check out this place. It can be a little crowded, but I didn't think it was too bad when I went.
