I had a terrible experience here. I took my 12 year old dog because of a bad cough and problems breathing. Since I knew she was going to be nervous and hard to examine I even took videos and recorded her breathing to show the doctor. She dismissed me in 5 minutes, saying, it might just be a cold so let's give her a cold medicine just in case. Just in case.. really? Well it turns out it wasn't a cold and my poor dog has a heart disease that requires medication, knowing her age and everything that I explained it didn't even crossed her mind to check or suggest any analysis so I don't think she is an experienced veterinarian. They were just happy to take the $70 dollar fee of the consult that took less than 10 minutes. They should care a bit more and take the symptoms more seriously. I wasted a couple of months that my dog could've been in treatment.
