Came here from Michigan and was not disappointed. The service was great everything came out quick. The clam chowder lived up to it's reputation from other reviews. Fresh fish is way different than the frozen/shipped fish we get in Michigan.
My wife and I had lunch at the Boston Sail Loft and it was a fantastic experience! The owner and founder stopped by and chatted with us. The service was friendly, fast and overall exceptional.
They have the best seafood chowder you'll ever have!
I came here a little over a year ago for the first time and was returning to Boston and this was high on my list of places to return to! The food is great! Wonderful seafood especially! If I lived closer I would come more often! Two thumbs up!
We will definitely come back on our next visit to Boston.
Flew into Boston tonight and the restaurant was our first stop - the Chowder is the best we have ever had (has dill in the mix which really made it flavorful) and the price is definitely great for the portion served! Much better than higher priced “best of Boston” chowders! The Fish & Chips and the Lobster Ravilio are must tries when dining there!
Learned of those places from the bartender at Cheers. Wanted fresh steamed lobster and it was delicious. Great water view, good food. Bathroom needs attention though.would definitely come here again.
