Very busy, but for good reason. The service line is cramped and a little chaotic, but the staff are friendly and helpful. Very nice coffee with an industrial chic vibe.
Definitely geared towards trendy youth. Croissant sandwiches are good but small, and sadly no cheese.
Service in line seems disorganized.
Came here to get some work done. I'm not a coffee drinker (my friend is, which is why we came here). The cider and hot chocolate are just OK. If you have coffee drinking friends who drag you to cafes just get a croissant and tea
Ham and cheese croissant was small and smushed flat as a pancake.
Love this Nero, close to downtown crossing and great pastries. Stay away from iced tea, they make it by briefly brewing hot tea and pouring it over ice so it is weak and lukewarm. Coffee is very good though
