If you buy anything in this Macy's location be ready for cashiers to take about 30 minutes to complete your transaction. Why? Because not all Customer Service counters where the cashiers are, have cashiers. When you do find one with a cashier, the poor cashier will fiddle around and hunt for the tag each item you're purchasing, often having to enter additional info that is not readily captured by their machines. Coupons and sales discounts will add more time as they are baffling to all including the cashiers. Finally, it's not unusual for the transaction to not complete for some reason, and the cashier will have to walk you and the items you wish to buy to another cashier location so that the transaction can be completed, or gulp! started from scratch.
Very friendly staff and we'll organized store... when I went there was 30% off deal for family and friends. Overall would go back to this Macy's at this location.
Great place for clothing. But if you don't like crowds I'd pass. The employees were nice and helpful. Just a little pricey.
Went there on Black Friday to get some of the in-store exclusives. The lines were long (to be expected on such a huge shopping day), but most of the people in line were great, even when the credit card machines went down, (YUP), and they were only taking cash and Macys cards. Despite this, the store was well stocked, nicely organized, and the sales associates on the floor (they were few and far between) were helpful and pleasant. I usually have positive experiences at Macys but wanted to note what a great job they did for Black Friday 2017.
The lack of investment in making the purchase transaction efficient for the customers and for the Macy's cashiers is evident in every transaction. Forget about concepts such customer experience and satisfaction. They are foreign to Macy's with respect to the purchasing experience. What will the future hold for Macy's? It'll be a non-existent store in a digital world if it continues on its current trend. A crying shame!
Customer Service is only decent. Honestly prefer ordering online, once I found decent products.
