Check out could definitely be improved (would it hurt them to smile or at least be courteous? The cashiers were more concerned with talking to each other) Selection in the store is not bad. Parts of the store were very messy.
Horrible, what a horror. I truly disappoints the people who desire to shop here, please visit somewhere else.
The manager is delusional!! I call Tj maxx to be transferred to electronics and she keeps repeating to me "we don't sell IPhones here" when I'm clearly telling her "ok but there's a company that works with TJ maxx at the back of the store. Can you please transfer me to them?" She replies " I'm done with this conversation , you're not listening " then because she's a manager she clicks the phone in my face! Tell me why when I first spoke to her I thought she was gonna be someone nice and generous . But nope, she deceived me! She caught an attitude fast because I'm asking to be transferred. Am I misunderstanding something here ? Is that not her job? Kmart managers are more nicer to the customers than her. Definitely have more patience than her! She clearly has no knowledge about the store she is managing. Lastly this manager gave up on me in less than 2-3 mins trying to tell me to go across the street where sprint is and then hangs up the phone. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I use to work at Kmart and Kmart knows better they'll tell us " the customer is always right" too bad Kmart don't have a telephone company in the back of their store. I had to call 2 times Because she kept hanging up in my face . The third time I told her she could've just gave me the extension or phone number that's all I needed and she couldn't do at least do that??! It's that simple. But clearly their managers are morons who don't know the store as a whole because the store is probably too big for them !! I told her I'll go over there and show her where it's at and she said to "come ". That got me even more upset because I've already spent enough hours in TJ maxx working with their system, waiting for the phones so why should I? I'm calling for a reason ! I'm still a customer so please , next time , treat me as one ! I'm a customer not your friend so please speak to and handle the situation correctly! I beg you please! I had one question to ask. Just ONE . ☝️ If this happens again next week. I will head over there and make sure that this Manager gets trained correctly or gets corrected...or just simply gets reported for foul conduct.
