I used to like going to Saks, so many people have helped me and I enjoy shopping. However the Bond No 9 individual Malik was very pushy and rude. This experience made me feel like shopping for scarves in Turkey. He also told me I can return my fragrance in Ny and buy it from him which I found rude.
Come here and you won't be disappointed, great stylish selection, you won't find any type of street wear here like you would find at another saks fifth ave.
This is the second time I've been to this particular Saks location, the service sucked the first time, and it continues to suck. The people who work in the men's shoe department are about as helpful as a flat tire. To sum my feelings up: "You make money off of commission right? BIG MISTAKE, HUGE".
Has a good selection of household accessories. I go here to pick up mats, containers, or anything else I need for my apartment. Overall good store but wish food section was a bit better. I can find more vegan options at Ralph's a few streets down.
I love me some Saks Fifth Avenue. However, this Saks isn't like Beverly Hills. The options are a bit more limited (at least for men), but they make up with amazing customer service that's attentive and knowledgeable. They do get crowded, but the associates do their best for serious and interested clientele.
