Billing department is a joke . Had receipt for copay pay front desk . Took year or more to fix problem. After problem with bill was there fault. Heath center sends bill to collections​ company. With in month. Call the day received bill was tolod head of bill in conference call said would wait was rudely hung up on . Call back 10 minutes later said she went home for day . You would think I would be a priority. By other reviews I am not alone issues with Heath center. Would no go there if I had a heart attack in front lobby.

The adult medicine staff who answer phones especially Cristine was her name are very rude and unprofessional they are lazy and in stead of doing their job they lie about getting it done and when you start calling back for updates they come up with excuses. Never mind when you ask for a supervisor or a manager in charge they start passing the phone to each other and never get you to the correct person in charge and tell you their manager " Deanne" is not there. When you ask for a nurse they tell you there are so many of them and don't know who is assign to what doctor or act like there is no note on the account to identify who the last nurse who called you was. Maybe more professional staff and non ghetto staff should be hired up at adult medicine. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !

I was a little hesitant about coming here as a patient based on the reviews I read, but I actually found it to be an overall normal and easeful experience. Check-in and payment resolution was easy for me and the doctors that I saw were professional and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Thieu for female health. She was so sweet and I instantly felt at ease under her care.

Dental department is the worst. We have been going there for 16 years and this past year has been so bad that I am moving the kids somewhere else. Having the student doing the visits telling us the wrong information never having open appointments they are only open 1 night a week until 5pm everyone works until 5pm. Customer services is horrible they don't pick up & when they do they put you on hold for 10-15min for one simple question. Taking my kids out of here!

This place makes me sick trying to get help from them is disgusting experience. They just don't want to won't. The will just shuffle you around to different depts until you gave up. They literally sigh when they pick up the phone and it's you again. When the seriousness of the problem is literally almost life and death.
