The greeter was a little rude but it's all good, I was probably super nervous (i was). I lost my case fair and square, but I am writing this review to highlight the efforts of Joe, the parking clerk at City Hall. He listened to my case, and showed me what was my error, and despite not being to help me, I still give 5 stars for grace.
