Very clean and convenient storage. Employees are very nice and help with any questions and/or concerns. Personal items were in great condition just as I put them in.

We've been a customer at this location for over a year already and now needed to transfer to a different room size. Vivian (Manager) was truly helpful and she made it an easy "transfer" for us. This location is very clean, organized and secure. At every visit that we had in the past year or so, the employees always had a smile and were very courteous with opening the door, etc. We highly recommend this location over and over, whether for business or personal usage.
Wow!!! I chose this location for storage based on the close proximity to my home. The young lady who answered the phone Vivian, was extremely pleasant and informative. When I arrived at the location I was welcomed by a kind young man named Nathan. Right away I felt like a valued customer. Nathan rose to introduce himself and immediately found my reservation and took me to see the unit. During our walk to the unit Nathan explained everything I needed to know about the storage process. He asked all the right questions and even guided me into making the right decision for my storage needs. The checkin and checkout process was so easy and seamless. Nathan remained very informative throughout the whole process. This is my first time using Extra Space Storage and it certainly will not be my last. I will be recommending Extra Space Storage to all of my friends and colleagues. Also this place is great for students or just anyone's everyday storage needs. Thanks again Nathan for the first class service!
