Super convenient. The guys who picked up my stuff were very nice and I didn't have to lift a finger! (For an extra 15 bucks, but it was well worth it.) Still need to wait and see how I feel when my stuff gets dropped back off, but for the first half of the transaction, I'm impressed!
Very understandable prices with excellent service. Plan to have me as a repeat customer! I enjoyed the customer service. My only complaint is their delivery service was not the best.
I had an awful experience with storage squad Boston. I had no problem when they came to pick up my items for the summer. However, when I was setting delivery I set it to an earlier date than I thought. This wasn't a problem; however, the storage squad dropped off my items in my place without emailing, calling or any notification whatsoever. Furthermore, it was not marked as delivered on the website and when I inquired when my items would arrive they provided a new date indicating they did not even know my items were previously delivered. Afterwards, I received an incorrect invoice with 50 dollars in fines I did not even understand why I received. Finally, they revised those fines with a new 25 dollar fine for a late appointment fee which was not a fee indicated anywhere I had seen. Overall this experience was stress inducing and not worth the time or money compared to competitors. Furthermore, many of my boxes came back with dents in the corner indicating rough treatment.
Storage Squad has made moving so efficient for me. There is no hassle, and they are extremely careful with my things. Everyone I've had contact with is super friendly, and the prices are so fair!
