Constantly understaffed, but friendly and well stocked. Rented a storage unit for about 4 months and had a positive experience. Decent prices for moving supplies and boxes.
I will leave a zero star if i have the option. I had such a horrible experience with u-haul customer service. I have been on the phone with them for more than an hour to figure out a solution, while their attitudes were rute and impatient. They left me a voice message and asked me to call back. When I did so, Rita was rude and said " you don't need to call us. Why do you call us? what do you want?". I said I just did as in the message, i thought U-haul has something for me to know. They talked to you as if you were the stupid one who wasted their time by your stupid call.
I can't believe this place is making me leave this review over $8.80.
Very friendly staff....had what I needed...enjoyed the experience and will tell friends to use them for their moving needs
I have pointed out that, given the 20 miles driven on the contract, this would be 1.6 miles per gallon and that, even splitting the difference, puts me at 3.2 miles per gallon.
The employees were so good to me I needed extra time with my rental they didn't give me a hard time it was just a overall good experience.
This place steals money by improperly documenting gas tank level and charging you the difference. Manager/Operator Darron Spriggs proceeds to ignore emails. I received a contract stating that the gas tank was a 7/8 of a tank. I checked before I left and the tank was at 5/8. I pointed this out to the clerk. He signed off on the contract and I was told, no, ASSURED, that it would be fixed if I left the contract in the truck. I returned the truck with 9/16 of a tank. When I got the bill, there was an exorbitant fuel charge of $37.60 or about 12 gallons. I complained and the manager offered to split the difference and refund half. He did refund this.
I received no further reply on the matter so the operator's unwillingness to refund $8.80 when the math favors my version of events makes very suspicious it is a regular part of their business model to dupe customers that don't check their bills.
