Tight parking spaces. Hard to get parking spots. Location is convenient for downtown Boston.
Such a scam. It's not a reservation if they don't actually reserve you a spot!
Clean, well lit, fairly cheap. Even cheaper with parkwiz app. Best parking for price and theres a McLaren parked in the 1st level which is gorgeous to see.
Fair prices for the area. Sometimes a pain to get in and out due to traffic on Washington and Essex Streets. Faster exit with pay in lobby.
To me this is your best option if you go to a show at the Wilbur Theater. It only costs $11 and the garage is well maintained and worth the money.
Don't fall for the whole "reserve your spot" thing that LA-Z parking tries. We reserved a spot, got there, and it was full. Guy told us to call and ask for a refund. We did and they STILL charged the money to our card.
Update: Since I wrote this review, they had increased the rate, now it costs about $16. Not my first option anymore. I downgraded this from 5-star to 3-star to reflect reality.
