The team at ProEx was tasked with aiding my recovery from my broken kneecap. This injury was devastating. I am happy to say that after much hard work, I made more progress with them than had been initially predicted. This progress was largely due to their expertise and their commitment to me as a patient.

I herniated my L5 disk and needed an epidural steroid injection. The staff at ProEx were excellent and within a month I was almost pain free and discharged. They gave me an excellent recovery program and really cared about my health even after I stopped attending in person.

I had two total shoulder replacements last year (four months apart) and was referred to ProEx on High Street by my in-home physical therapist. The location was perfect since it was just a block from my office. This facility is like a small private gym. The environment is comfortable and relaxed. The staff are extraordinarily professional yet gracious and supportive. My therapist, Lisa Menendez, is a superior practitioner whose expertise and competency ensured me a complete and successful recovery. After faithful attention under Lisa's oversight and hands both of my shoulders work like they did more than 30 years ago.

Everyone at ProEx has a knack for attending to the mind- body connection, and for honoring a person’s dreams, accomplishments, and personality that existed before and during treatment.

A life altering injury carries with it a sense of vulnerability around choosing who to rely on for help, and thankfully, I always left sessions at ProEx feeling encouraged, and respected. I appreciated that the staff kept me informed about the technical aspects of my recovery, answered my questions, (often repeatedly to ensure I understood), and supported my intelligence and perceptions about my own body.

My experience with ProEx was fantastic. I came with a pretty bad ankle injury -- I left with noted improvements and the knowledge of what I needed to do outside of their office to get better. I was most impressed by the ability to do hands on manipulation of my ankle to loosen up the joint and the overall clinic atmosphere. Everyone was fun and in a good mood which makes waking up early for PT less of a drag. 10/10 would recommend.

I am fairly new to ProEx Physcial Therapy, My experience so far has been wonderful to date, they work with me and my comfort level. They try to ensure that I am " pushing limits" but never exceeding them. Very pleased with the treatment I am receiving from them

I would not be as far along in my recovery today without ProEx. I am so grateful to them for their kindness and professionalism.
