Saw very funny show. The building is very well kept
I recently went here for the first time ever. I wish my experience was a bit more pleasant unfortunately it wasnt. I had asked for guidance to my exact seats. I was shown exactly to my seats, i sit and the show begins. When i was interupted and asked to move because i was in the wrong seats! By the same exact person who showed me to my seats. I was treated very disrespectful and i was made me feel as if i did this intentionally.. I Sat in my rite seats afterwards when i pulled my phone out to look at the time. When that same person employee who told me i was in the wrong seats points his flash light at me and screams at me no cell phones repeatedly and stands over me so rudely and ingnorantly!!. There is a diffrent approach to a situation like this and i was sitting next to an exit. I could have been told and asked nicely to step outside. Considering i did nothing wrong at all!. Doesnt take a genius to figure this out. The staff needs more training when they work with the public. Teach them common coutesy, especially learning there way around theatre a lil better when they cant even direct me to my real seats.
I love going to see musicals & they have wonderful shows!
Seating is way too cramped. I'm only 5'4" and I had difficulty not hitting my knees against the chair in front of me. Went to the Hip Hop nutcracker, which is NOT a children's show and had 5 children sitting by me, all under 7. It was totally inappropriate and they kicked my seat every 30 seconds. I had to move. My mother and I are avid theater lovers; we will never come back after that experience.
Nice Theater appears larger, actually cozy. Pictures printed doesn't do justice..
