Having moved from Allston with a mediocre property managing office, I had low expectation on apartment rental office in general. I walked in Advantage rentals one afternoon without an appointment, and was greeted by Chris. Within 3 days, I settled a contract with a great apartment in and out. It was a pleasure to work with Chris in a hassle-free manner and the experience since moving in has been great also. The people I came in contact with at this office were very tentative and quick with response, and solved any issue very quickly. Definitely a rare positive experience in the saturated Boston rental market!
