I ordered a meal for 3 fine, when I went to order three carver sandwiches I guess he's the manager said "sorry no sandwiches or salads".... Ok so why not? His excuse was 5 people called out and everything else was not prepared. I mean come on now that's a poor excuse. I was like u don't know how to prep anything, cut tomatoes or lettuce. Now as manager that's sad. The store loses not the employees. Better training next time
Reasonable prices. No processed, fast food I guess. Certainly depends on what you're looking for. Closest thing to a diner in the fast food world. More importantly the place was clean I'm in and out of fast food places working on computers and I know what to look for when it comes to restaurants that aren't the cleanest this place was more than acceptable. However I don't know if it's this store or if it's all Boston Markets they don't offer the customers a trash can they come around and pick up the trash. I can imagine during very busy periods the dining room might be a shambles. But the prep areas and under cooking equipment was good.
It's cheap and cheerful. Can feed two people for $20. Waiting staff friendly and food was prepared quickly.
The online ordering process sucks. You order food. Then you have to go to the register. And after that, you have to wait just like everyone else. So what's the point of ordering online? I thought it was to be quick and skip the line. Past that the food is decent. The service was decent.
I've been here before, but tonight 11/17/17 has been an awful experience, the place was disgusting, when my husband and I got there the place was empty,looks like there were customer's there before us though, there were 10 tables full of dirty didhes, only 5 tables clean, the staff was chatting in the back, the girl who took the order since to be tired or bored she yauned and scratched her hair, at one point some other custumers showed up and she started serving food while 2 employees went outside to smoke, I understand that everyone deserves their break but couldn't they take care of those tables and the disgusting floor before going outside c,mom how long does it take to clean up a little bit? They obviously didn't care, I don't recommend this place to anyone, besides the food was just warm almost room temp.by the way it was early in the evening, 7pm
