I love the burgers here, not too pricey and portion is perfect for me! My favorite is the melt. Two downsides about this place: 1. servers are slow sometimes. Once, we had to wait about 5-10 minutes to get seated down when basically there weren't much customers at the store, but then when we were seated, the waitress was super friendly and came frequently to see if we needed anything. 2. Don't ever get their fountain sodas because it tastes gross. Tastes like gross tap water.
Burgers here are great. We were able to pop in just before closing after seeing a movie at the regal. Didn't feel rushed or unwelcome. Staff was friendly and the food was delicious. The our burger and sauce make a wonderful combination. The fries tasted like they were just cut
I realize it's 10:30 and you close at 11 but there is no reason that I shouldn't get the same quality service that I would any other point during the day for to-go. I received fries that had been sitting there when I arrived, 10 minutes before I received my order, who knows how long they have been sitting there in the first place, not to mention I watched the cashier touch them and other fries with her bare hands. And I watched her give a fresh batch of fries to someone that had come in after me. If you're going to charge me over $12 for a burger and fries then I at least expect no bare hands to touch my food and I expect some fresh quality food as well. This was extremely disappointing and more attention should be paid.
Burger I had was great but the service was lacking in several areas. The dining room smelled like it was mopped with a musty mop head and the host seemed like he hatted his job and was wearing a dirty shirt . There was also a lot of staff visible doing a lot of nothing. One server even sat down with her mom and ate dinner while on the clock and would get up occasionally to wait her table. I also ordered onion rings but when I got them they were cold... after telling my server she replaced them and they were hot and fresh .I know my review was mostly negative but my burger really was great, I just wish the staff on the floor was a little more attentive. There was plenty to do but everyone seemed to be standing around socializing with each other.
Wow where to begin. Never been here before & seen it on TV back home. Had trouble coming into Boston with our luggage. They bought us each a t-shirt & were willing to help with anything else. Such a great experience. The food is fantastic. I'd give more than 5 stars. Thank you
