If you want your Starbucks, you can walk about 5 minutes down Commercial Street past the Joe's American Bar and Grill and there is an amazing one there in the North End. They have some of the best service in the city, make great drinks, are friendly, and yes...they've given me water a couple times.

If you like poor service and rude employees I would suggest this place

Absolute worst Starbucks I've ever been too. I get they arte just a small stand in a hotel. Same setup as a Starbucks in a grocery store (krogers, etc) but they got my wifes coffee wrong, then remade and got it wrong. Then they got my coffee wrong, remade it and got it wrong, then got it wrong a THIRD time. Just no excuse for that...

My wife and I went a few times a couple years ago and had the worst experience each time we went so we stopped going. I was in the area a couple weeks ago again though and figured it had been a couple years so maybe some new staff would make it a better experience and stopped in. Couldn't believe that nothing had changed. Slow service with a long line, badly made drinks, and horrible service, especially from the manager who you could see being rude to numerous customers, even mumbling under her breath.

Very rude employees. Unbelievable.

Visitors to Boston and runners, please read before wasting your money here. I am local to Boston so take it from me, this is probably one of the worst Starbucks I have ever been to.

It's a nice starbucks. I like go there it's a big space even when is crowded you feel that you have e your space

But the thing that puts the icing on this bad cake was what I experienced a week ago. I am a local runner in Boston and am training for a long distance race. I forgot my water bottle on a pretty hot day and was feeling pretty dehydrated as I came around the aquarium. It was early in the morning so not much was open except the Starbucks. On numerous occasions I've stopped into other Starbucks for a small cup of water and they are always extremely happy to help as this is one of the best running cities in the country. So I thought this location would at least be nice enough to do the same. Boy was I wrong. When I got in there you could tell I was in pretty bad shape and I asked them for a small cup of water. The manager said I had to pay for it...yeah pay for it. I'm running and don't have my wallet I told her, as she could clearly tell, and wouldn't be asking if it wasn't important. She still refused and said unless I paid for the cup I couldn't have any. Definitely a shocking moment. So not only is this place bad in every category but I'm now positive they lack any humanity at all.
