The store is bigger than I expected.I have visited twice so far, and bought a pair of headphones that I'm real happy with.Chatting with the employees about audio was pleasant.I'd like to come back and listen to some more stuff.
It's been 3 1/2 months since visiting this store, but the treatment was so bad that once I found the store on yelp and Google, I knew I had to rate it no matter how long it's been since then. To start, I was visiting Boston with some friends. Our group split off to go shop and I followed my fiance into B&O. My fiance is very knowledgeable about B&O and about sound/audio equipment in general since he works as a DJ. While my fiance was looking at the equipment and chatting a bit with a salesman, I wandered around. Because I had been pretty dehydrated the last few days (hey B&O, it was from the chemo I had recently for colon cancer), my super chapped, dry lips needed some chapstick. All I did was look into one of their mirrors and apply chapstick. I didn't gaze at myself or take a mirror selfie. The salesman who was talking to my fiance spoke up loudly and said very condescendingly, "You know that's a mirror, right?" And then sneered and turned away. Why the heck did you think you had to be rude? Why did you go out of your way to be a jerk? Did my bald chemo/cancer head prompt you to be an a-hole? Don't shop here unless you want to be insulted. I have a feeling that maybe I looked too poor to afford any of their stuff (oh wait, maybe wearing anything less than a tuxedo makes you not worthy of their products). Whatever the case, don't support this store because they could care less about you as a person; not even as a customer, but as a person.
