The customer service is the worst. The staff rudely answer the question that does not pleased them.
I bought my surfacebook pro with complete care from this location. Within 2 months it stopped working. Wouldn’t detach and the pen wouldn’t work. I brought it in for repairs. They couldn’t repair it on spot so I had to leave it there. They called back in 4 days saying it couldn’t be repaired. I’m giving a 5 Star because after a little resistance I was given a brand new Surfacebook 2 by a polite and efficient employee. All was made right how it should be. I recommend complete care
Great customer service and support. I received a brand new adapter for my Surface Book (that I didn't even buy directly from them) when I took it for a revision since the original adapter was partially working. (had a faulty USB port). And the replacement had higher wattage. The service was very quick and the issue resolved on the spot.
