Where do I start I don't Evan want to give them 1 star that's how bad my experience was.... this store is very unprofessional it's not even funny. They play the music like your in the club, they don't help the customers and they refused to get a manager when I asked for one. The manager need to replace the whole staff I can not believe the customer service I got. Makes me want to change my phone carrier
Also once I left and called to speak to a manager the staff said the manager was busy THE WHOLE DAY I had to call like 10 times and the manager was busy. I believe they knew who I was and what I was calling for so they gave me the run around. DONT GO TO THE T-MOBILE STORE IN FIELDS CORNER you will not get the help you need.
I am so big on customer service when walking into a place of business. I was greeted with a hello, and was told someone would be right with me. Elton, walked over to me, asked what could he help me with. My response was, I wanted to know why my bill was extremely high. He walked me over to his desk area where he then asked me for my number, and the name on the bill.. I was explaining to him that I did not understand why my bill was 250+ for two lines, like where are all these charges coming from. He started to look into it, so we're both just standing there quite (no problem with that) he then calls a male coworker over (who's name I did not get) to look over it with him. They started talking among each other. my response to their chatter was, "can you'll talk to me about this and not with each other".. Elton, reply was, "don't do that you aren't paying attention you're on your phone". Moving forward both males try explaining to me that it's recurrent/roll over charges, that's why my bill is high. I explain to them I never miss a payment, I may take my time paying the bill but it gets done. After the back & forth of them trying to explain something to me that I really didnt understand. The other gentlemen told me, he can only go back 3 months & if I wanted to know more call the 611number.. um hello! I am in person because I want to speak to a live person! They both seem to be frustrated, Elton takes it upon him self to grab his store manger, Mo.. Mo, came out greeted me, asked me my questions & concerns, I tell her an she gets right to it. She answered my first intail question to being with - "why is my bill so high". She broke it down, showed me the numbers, and explain everything in full detail! All within 5 minutes with her, something her employees could not do. This review was going to be two stars but because of Mo for taking her time with me (because I do not work for Tmobile so no, I do not know how the billing works) but because of her giving me the customer service that I deserve I am giving it 3 stars! Once again THANK YOU, Mo (store manger) for taking 5/6 minutes with me to help me better understand why I was paying so much!
Very Bad customers service....I call and ask about my phone I just bought at the store and I not even done to ask them and they hang up on me....don't even talk or let me know nothing.....two times
Worst service, does not look at people who are waiting in line and will not help if you need to pay your bills..... did not expect that you need an ID to pay for YOUR own phone bill.... do they expect that a random person will pay another persons' bill..... completely unsatisfactory for the customer service and wait time...
