I purchased a special order snow shovel online and had it shipped directly to the store for in store pick up and saved some money on the shipping. However the snow shovel was not assembled correctly. The handle was upside down and it was all scrapped up. I purchased a similar snow shovel from home depot, had it shipped to the store and it came in a nice box, was assembled correctly, and looked brand new.
