Convenient store if you live in the Back Bay area, but the staff are not always friendly or knowledgeable about what they have.

Your store hours are clearly misrepresented. I came one Saturday and it was suppose to open at 9 am. It is now noon and your business sales person clearly did not make their shift today.
The staff are very rude and not friendly not recommend this store to the public.
I walked 4 miles to find this hardware store to fix our sons sink and the employee was rude unhelpful and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. We were there Friday august 11th @ 10:30am. Hardware stores are usually the type of establishment where customer service is of the utmost importance. Take a uber to Home Depot worth the money and no aggravation!!
I bought this modular crimper here at the store. But it was not working. No matter how i tried, one pin just cannot be pushed in by this tool. So I tried to return this item (I didn't use any of the supplemental plug in the box) because the tool is defective and I should be able to get the refund.
The first time I came to the store, the guy in the store told me that only manager can help me with this. Ok, then I called to make sure manager is in the store before I had my second attempt. The manager and I made an "appointment" to meet in the store at 3. I showed up at 3 and the guy in the store told me manager just left.
So, think twice before making any purchase in this store!
