Currently on hold for the second time today... Called the "pro" line and then the main line and selected the department I wanted. Between the two calls I have been on hold for 12 minutes listening to Christmas music. Not the level of customer service I was expecting. OH finally got someone and she was RUDE AF! Don't bother calling, they won't help.
Horrible store. Good luck getting any customer service if you have the misfortune to need it.
I purchased a refrigerator from this Home Depot on Sept 5th and paid in full. I chose to cancel my order on October 5th, after a month, (!) because I don't think they had any plans to deliver my fridge. I wouldn't waste my time shopping here, order your appliances from another store that doesn't outsource their delivery service to a company that doesn't care about getting you your purchases. I've had to live without a fridge for over a month and the manager of this store, Matt Poulos, was supposed to get back to me and two weeks later he never did, nor was I offered any compensation for this extreme inconvenience. Processing my refund will take another 10 days, so that's more time that I have to spend without my money or a refrigerator. Save yourself the time energy and money, shop elsewhere. They don't even deserve 1 star.
You can tell that the workers are getting paid next to nothing because it takes forever to get help, and when it does arrive they're so disenchanted that you actually rather not get their help. Big business and the workers who make the place work don't get recognized for their work except put up a picture of the employee of the month. That my friends, don't pay bills and doesn't motivate anyone.
I stood an waited for at least 20 min for someone to help me find a drill cord. No one came their customer service is horrible.
